Reclaim's White Anti-Racist Caucus (aka WARC) will be providing a space for white Reclaim members to deepen their understanding of systemic racism and white supremacy and to deepen their self-interested stake in dismantling patriarchal racial capitalism. At this meeting we will be diving into:

• Levels of racism: from individual and interpersonal to institutional and structural racism

• Identifying white shame and why reactions rooted in shame and guilt prevent us from taking action to dismantle oppression

• How structural racism, capitalism, and patriarchy are intricately linked and how they manifest in our communities

• White people’s own experience of cultural trauma and loss stemming from white supremacy

• White people’s role in fighting against structural racism and for collective liberation.
