Each caucus exists because members wanted to organize around a common interest and did the work to start it. Caucuses set their own campaigns, build their own coalitions, and bring recommendations to the membership.

Start a Caucus
If there's a group of Philadelphians inside Reclaim whose perspective isn't organized yet, you can organize it.
What you need to get started:
Members who share the affinity. Any member can register for any caucus, and for as many as they want.
A resolution from the Citywide Committee. They designate caucuses by majority vote. Once yours is designated, it gets posted publicly and members get invited to join.
Twenty-five registered members to get a seat. At 25, your caucus can hold a publicly posted meeting, elect a representative, and put that person on the Citywide Committee — the body that governs Reclaim.
