Building communications infrastructure and resource capacity, developing strategic plans, and enforcing guidelines that maintain clarity around the Reclaim story.
Producing storytelling media and crafting strategic narratives used by candidates and campaigns to influence everyday Philadelphians.

Using data and insights to strengthen the power of our mobilization efforts and grow relationships across the movement.
Our Goals:
Maintain a data management systems, including regular data hygiene, list building, automations and configurations.
Provide organization wide support and training on how to use the systems and enforcement of consistent behaviors and procedures.

Fundraising
Organizing money to support Reclaim’s operational capacity and annual election work.
Our Goals:
Develop campaigns and approaches to encourage more dues paying members to join, and increase their commitments.
Explore and lead other funding mechanisms like grants, giving pledges and fundraising events.
