We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Political Field Organizer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing field strategies to engage, mobilize, and turn out voters in key neighborhoods and wards across Philadelphia. This position will play a crucial role in re-engaging existing members, recruiting new members, and building strong volunteer networks to support our electoral and issue-based campaigns.
