Reclaim Philadelphia staff are experienced political organizers, running the day-to-day operations, speaking to the public on our behalf, and ensuring organizational volunteers have the support they need to maximize impact.
Seth Anderson-Oberman
Executive Director
With an extensive background in labor and union organizing, Seth brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to social justice that aligns with Reclaim Philadelphia’s mission to building working-class community power, advancing economic, racial, and gender justice, and reclaiming government for the people.
Sergio Cea
Political Director
Sergio Cea became involved with Reclaim when he ran for office in West Philadelphia as part of the organization’s Committee Person Campaign in Spring 2018. He has been a Reclaim Field Organizer for West Philadelphia in the 2018 Gubernatorial General election & 2019 Municipal Primary election. He joined Reclaim staff after the primary and was Co-Field Director for the 2019 Municipal General election. Sergio is a founding member of Reclaim’s Queer and POC Caucuses, and cohosted the first season of Reclaim’s podcast, Our Political Moment. Most recently he supported Reclaim leaders organizing 187 committee person candidates and led public trainings to demystify Philadelphia’s ward system.
Citywide Committee
Reclaim Philadelphia’s Citywide Committee serves as our board of directors, elected to maintain the longterm health of the organization and shape organizational strategy.
A subset includes the steering committee, a core group of elected leaders that direct the activities of the committee at large.
