Reclaim Leadership Elections 2026
Every year, our members choose the people who lead this organization. Whether you want a seat on the governing body or a role that keeps your chapter or caucus running effectively, we need our most engaged to step up and steward our movement.
In order to run for any position, or to nominate or vote for a candidate, you must be a monthly dues-paying member. You can become a member today by making a recurring contribution of any amount.

- Caucus Leaders — representing your caucus's community and priorities on the Citywide Committee. (1-year term, elected by caucus members)
- At-Large Representatives — elected by the full membership to help govern Reclaim (2-year term, elected by all members)
If you run for a Chapter or Caucus Rep seat and don't win, you can still run At-Large.

What is Reclaim’s Citywide Committee?
The Citywide Committee is Reclaim’s central governing body or board; it stewards Reclaim’s political platform and growth through organization-wide campaigns, activities and self-evaluation. The principal commitments are attending and participating in a monthly meeting. At-Large members take on a higher proportion of the governance and strategic work and can run for Steering Committee which includes Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer, Secretary, Membership Chair, and Meeting Coordinator.
What’s expected of a Citywide Committee member?
Citywide Committee members are responsible for the oversight, strategy, political recommendations, and fiscal health of the organization. Being elected to Reclaim’s Citywide Committee is the opportunity to deepen one’s experience with Reclaim by being at the heart of our collective & seeing the whole organization from a high level.
We expect this role to require 5-10 hrs a month, with some months being on the lower end and some on the higher end. There will also be opportunities to participate in subcommittees that would add to that time commitment.
