In Chris Rabb, Philadelphia has a powerful opportunity to elect a Congressmember who has been a trusted movement partner, an unapologetic truth teller, and an experienced legislator - who Reclaim members have consistently endorsed four times in a row. Throughout his time in the Pennsylvania House, Rabb has been a champion for working families – fighting for fair taxation, protecting vulnerable homeowners, holding law enforcement accountable, and expanding protections for our environment.
What sets Rabb apart is not only his policy record, but his model of transformative leadership. He has been a progressive before it was popular and an independent voice who has never shied away from calling out bad actors and moneyed interests in both the Republican and Democratic Party. In an election where the majority of candidates are focused on purely being anti-Trump, Rabb is a candidate challenging us to build a better party that all Philadelphians can believe in. Rabb understands that real change comes from organized people, not corporate donors, and he has consistently stood with grassroots organizations like Reclaim Philadelphia and everyday Philadelphians to advance people-powered solutions.
For years, we have watched unimaginable suffering through the genocide in Palestine supported by both parties. We’ve seen members of our community violently snatched up, immigrants and citizens alike. Our neighbors who rise up to defend them are being shot dead in the street and then get called terrorists on the news. History will judge us based on what we tolerated, what we funded, and what we refused to change.
This moment demands more than outrage - it demands a leader with courage, accountability, and a refusal to look away. Reclaim Philadelphia’s Citywide Committee believes Chris Rabb is the leader who will fight for a government, and a Democratic party, that works for all of us – not just the wealthy and well-connected. He will fight to invest in quality public education, affordable housing, and universal healthcare – not a militarized state terrorizing Americans. We are excited to support his campaign and we urge our members to endorse him and commit to put in the work to have Chris Rabb join the movement squad in Washington.

Dues-paying members of Reclaim Philadelphia will have until Weds February 4 to vote on this first round of member endorsements for the 2026 Primary. You can find the ballot here to vote. Join us as a member by signing up here.
In advance of candidate endorsements, Reclaim’s Citywide Committee leads a process of gathering information and viewpoints on candidates from Reclaim staff, members, and other advocates, as well as aligned organizations. We’ve reviewed campaign policies and public forum responses and public records. Based on this research while considering both the values of candidates and our confidence in their ability to drive change once in office, the Citywide Committee makes recommendations to membership.
