West Philly Local goes ward by ward through unofficial returns and finds a clean split. In Wards 24, 27, 46 and 60, covering University City, Cedar Park, Spruce Hill, Walnut Hill and Powelton Village, Rabb dominated the field, and the paper credits the heavy canvassing operation Reclaim Philadelphia and Philadelphia DSA ran in those neighborhoods, along with voters responding to his positions on housing and foreign policy. In Carroll Park, Haddington, Overbrook and parts of Parkside, the race was much tighter between Street and Stanford. Citywide turnout hovered around 21 percent.
